Limited liability and indemnity

What this page does not do

It does not limit the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986. Those apply to a consumer purchase, cannot be contracted out of, and come first. Everything below is subject to them.

The website

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be wrong or never be down. Product photographs are representative: colour varies between screens, and a shaggy pile photographs deeper than it looks in a lit room.

The products

What we sell is household bedding and floor rugs. It is not safety equipment and it is not fire-rated. Follow the care instructions on the product page; washing hot or tumble drying high will flatten a pile permanently and that is not a fault.

Limits

Where the law allows us to limit liability, our liability for a product is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your side

If you use this site in a way that breaks the law or these terms, and that causes us a loss, we may ask you to cover it.
